I am an author, nutritionist, and independent researcher, into health issues, and some of the economic issues that I believe fundamentally affect the health of our society. By ‘our society’ I am referring to the wider global community. It is my belief that the health of all our societies is inextricably linked as are the environmental consequences of the pollution of the Earth, and the degradation of the soil that has followed the industrialization of our societies, and particularly the chemically-based agricultural system. It is my view that each sovereign economy and the wider debt-laden global economy is imposing an ever increasing burden on society, imposing an even greater threat to health than the greatly impoverished industrial food supply system.
